Return and refund policy
In Capo d’O goldWe want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you need to return, we offer the possibility of doing so within the following terms:
1. Conditions for returns:
• You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the return. To do this, send an email to info@capodeoro.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
• The article must be in its original state, without signs of use, and with the packaging and intact labels. Otherwise, Capo d’O gold reserves the right to reject the return.
2. Exclusions:
• Returns of products on offer are not accepted, personalized or with retired security seal.
• The jewels and luxury products that present signs of use may not be returned.
3. Cost of returns:
• The client will be responsible for the return expenses of the return, except in cases where the product has arrived defective or incorrect.
4. Return procedure:
• Once the application is approved, we will send you the instructions to return the product. The reimbursement will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the reception of the returned product.
